我是一卷底片，一卷被遺忘在台灣的底片。我曾記錄一家人幸福的生活，也去過許多地方，在美麗的河岸散步，參加熱鬧的博覽會。當戰爭來了，大家都走了，只有我被丟下，靜靜躺在片盒中度過了九十年的時光。今日我醒了過來，只想大聲地告訴大家：我不是鄧南光的電影！ 知名攝影師鄧南光（1907-1971）逝世後，一批被認為由其所攝的小規格膠卷於1996年被捐入影視聽中心典藏。本片利用這批檔案影像重新創作，以當代視角重構日治時期業餘影像的創作圖景。
